In order to build an equipment support team that is "quick to respond, professionally complete, capable and efficient, and integrated in peacetime and wartime," from March to June, the Hunan Armed Police Corps has organized operational training for officers and men in equipment support in four batches in accordance with the idea of "grasping the source, strengthening training, and reusing," and has made efforts to improve the level of weapons and equipment support.
In the early stage of training, the leaders of the corps went deep into the grassroots for many times to conduct research and accurately find out the outstanding problems and contradictions in the construction of the equipment support team, which provided a basis and pointed out the direction for the training; During the training, the corps invited professional instructors from academies and universities and experts from arsenals to dispatch "experts" in the corps' ordnance specialty to carry out teaching and training in terms of equipment laws and regulations, professional knowledge of ordnance equipment, and actual operation.
This training adheres to the principle of "rapid response, complete professionalism, lean and efficient, and integration of peacetime and wartime", highlights the orientation of war-oriented warfare, strengthens multi-professional integration, pays attention to current key tasks, accurately designs program plans, and improves the quality of training standards; We should persist in teaching what the troops need and training what they need on the battlefield, so that what they are taught is in line with reality and what they have learned is practical and practical.
In the theoretical teaching, the instructors solved doubts and doubts point-to-point and took the pulse face-to-face in terms of equipment management system, registration and statistical specifications, and basic performance of weapons, so as to fill in the students' knowledge blind spots and ability weaknesses.
During the actual training, the instructor gave a detailed explanation of the working principle of each type of weapon, common troubleshooting, and component identification and replacement. In view of the important and difficult content, the instructors demonstrated and taught on the spot, organized seminars and exchanges, and the students actively explored and competed.
The technical soldiers participating in the training worked hard and actively explored, and realized the transformation from "laymen" to "little technical experts". We look forward to them translating what they have learned from the training into practical work and shining in the ordnance position!
