"In 2012, I moved my hukou from Fuzhou Changle to Xicheng Town, Youxi County. More than ten years have passed, and I am also half a Youxi person. The enterprise is here, the home is here. My two sons started a business in Youxi, the eldest son is the chairman of Huayang Fiber Spinning Technology Co., Ltd. in Chengnan Industrial Park, and the younger son is responsible for production here. We have four textile enterprises in The Chengnan Industrial Park and Chengxi Park in Youxi County. Recently, Zheng Fengyuan, chairman of Fujian Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd. and member of the 12th Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in the Chengxi Garden of Youxi County Economic Development Zone, introduced it to reporters.

"The county has a large investment attraction, a good investment environment, a good business environment, convenient employment, cheap electricity, and good transportation." When I first came in 2011, I only wanted to run a business, but I didn't expect that from the preparation to the production, it was very smooth, and the environment in all aspects such as public security was particularly good, which gave me confidence. The main leaders of the county will come to the scene to meet and solve the demands of the enterprise. We will also go all out to engage in production and management. Zheng Fengyuan talked about the history of entrepreneurial development in the past 10 years.

Zheng Fengyuan said that in the early days of entrepreneurship, especially from 2012 to 2015, there were many difficulties and textile profits were not high, which was the lowest trough of the enterprise. After that, the scale came up, the product research and development was upgraded, and the enterprise slowly developed. In the first half of last year, because the epidemic export was stopped, there was a period of large inventory, operating pressure, the government immediately gave the policy, the financial unit also supported financially, the enterprise made some adjustments, and soon drove on the textile fast lane.

"Thanks to the control of the epidemic, international orders have been transferred to China, to tell the truth, our entity enterprises are grateful to the great motherland, and only China can be so stable." This year's Spring Festival, we catch up with foreign orders, employees in the factory for the New Year. Zheng Fengyuan said.

What moved Zheng Fengyuan was that when there was a shortage of labor, the Youxi County government sent more than a dozen vehicles to Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Hunan and other places to help enterprises pick up new and old employees. "Over the years, there have been many things that the government has thought of for us."

Now, the Shunyuan Department invests tens of millions of yuan every year to upgrade. "Our old equipment, 10,000 spindles to 50 people, later upgraded, as long as 30 people, now, the new German production equipment, 10,000 ingots as long as 15 employees, in the forefront of the world."

Zheng Fengyuan, born in 1970, talked about the development of the enterprise, full of vigor, like a young man.

Fujian Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd. is the first high-end textile export enterprise to settle in Youxi County. Under the leadership of Zheng Fengyuan, the company leveraged the textile supply-side reform policy to develop steadily, orderly and rapidly. In the past 11 years, Shunyuan Textile has grown from small to large, from large to strong, and has leapt into "Fujian Provincial Leading Enterprise of Industry and Informatization", forming a "Shunyuan Textile Enterprise Matrix" composed of Shunyuan Textile, Longyuan Textile, Xuyuan Textile, Huayang Fiber Spinning and other projects. In 2018, the Shunyuan system composed of Shunyuan Textile, Longyuan Textile and Xuyuan Textile was listed by the Sanming Municipal Government as a 10 billion output value cultivation enterprise. At present, Shunyuan provides more than 2,500 people with employment, an annual output value of more than 3 billion yuan, and an annual tax contribution of more than 10 million yuan.

Zheng Fengyuan said that in the next five years, Shunyuan Textile will integrate high-quality resources, give full play to the advantages of longboard, activate technical endowments, start digital transformation, build a full-chain industry of "spinning - weaving - dyeing and finishing - clothing", create a large group enterprise covering the whole process of textile and garment, and strive to achieve a new breakthrough of output value of 10 billion yuan in 2025.

As a member of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Zheng Fengyuan set strict demands on himself with high standards; over the years he has persisted in studying, maintained close ties with the masses, actively participated in meetings and group activities organized by the CPPCC, conducted in-depth research in enterprises, conscientiously performed his duties as a CPPCC member, and actively offered suggestions and suggestions while leading the development of enterprises. According to the key stage of the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, he wrote and published the "Suggestions on Supporting the Introduction of Textile Enterprises and Cultivating Large Clusters" on how to solve the dilemma of industry development. In the face of the current development situation at home and abroad, Zheng Fengyuan proposed how to carry out high-quality new development of the textile industry, and proposed to promote the green transformation, scientific and technological empowerment, talent support and leapfrog development of the textile industry by cultivating a group of textile group leaders, realistically writing a financial support article, building a textile technology production, education and research platform, and increasing the support for talents in the textile industry, which has received positive responses from colleagues in the textile industry and members of the economic circles.

At the upcoming Fifth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee, Zheng Fengyuan intends to focus on the decision on "Accelerating Digital Development" in the "Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035", and write "Increase Incentives and Guidance to Promote the Rapid and In-Depth Integration of Digital Technology and Private Textile Industry" in view of the problems of insufficient transformation, insufficient development, low industrial accumulation and weak product competitiveness in the development of private textile enterprises in the province.
