Either way, almost all shopping cards (physical mall shopping cards or e-commerce platform shopping cards) obtained by individuals are passwordless and bearer - no password means that any individual who obtains this shopping card can spend directly without conditions; anonymous means that it is impossible to check the consumer's personal information from the shopping card's consumption record. It is precisely because shopping cards have the above two attributes that the fact of accepting shopping cards is difficult to detect and supervise; many people also use shopping cards as a tool to convey benefits, making them a breeding ground for bribery.

In fact, there is no loophole in the law and system today. Many units inside and outside the system clearly stipulate that accepting a shopping card is equivalent to touching the high-voltage line of integrity and self-discipline, and the amount of bribes accepted is equivalent to the face value of the shopping card. In other words, accepting a shopping card with a face value of more than $5,000 may be considered a crime of bribery. Compared with state employees, non-state employees within enterprises may be relatively relaxed in this regard, but with the improvement of the organizational structure of enterprises, the rent-seeking crackdown on internal personnel by non-public units is also increasing, and Alibaba's integrity and compliance department, Huawei's internal audit department, Baidu's professional ethics construction department and Tencent's anti-fraud investigation department all have the responsibility to investigate and deal with employee bribery and bribery. Shopping card issues are also included.

There are two cases of entrained cards: the first is that the other party comes to your office to talk about business, and when you leave, you will take advantage of your lack of attention, and put the shopping card clip into the book on your desk, or place it under the mouse, in short, you will not find out on the spot but will soon notice afterwards. This is because, in order not to leave any handles, the card sender will not send you any text messages to remind you, so you need to let yourself find out where the shopping card is placed.

The second case is to bring the shopping folder to you in something else (such as a document bag, information folder, flowers, food, etc.). Generally speaking, small gifts of small value will make you less vigilant to accept them, but you will find out that there are shopping cards in them later. For example, if you have a hobby and habit of reading, if the card giver speculates about this hobby and habit, he will send you a book. However, the new book sent to the person generally has a plastic seal on the outside, and at this time, the conditional card giver will even tear off the plastic seal first, bring the shopping card holder to the book, and then wrap a layer of plastic seal himself, so that the book looks like it has not been removed.
