Recently, Changan Automobile announced that Changan New Energy intends to add a registered capital of 126 million yuan, from 202 million yuan to 328 million yuan. After the completion of the capital increase, Changan Automobile's shareholding ratio was diluted from 48.95% to 40.66%, Southern Assets held 5.47%, Boyu No. 1 held 7.71%, Chengyuan Fund held 5.40%, Wuhu Xinshi Xinhong held 3.85%, Southern Industrial Fund increased from 1.80% to 2.50%, CICC Keyuan Fund held 1.54%, Employee Shareholding Platform held 0.90%, and Southern Industrial Intelligent Travel Fund held 0.85%. Deqing Mixed Reform No. 2 Fund holds 0.77% of the shares.
