Consumers are limited to buying cars (subject to the issuance of special invoices for automobile sales) in the jurisdiction of our city (Liandu District, Development Zone), and can enjoy subsidies when they reach a certain amount. Subsidies are used on the basis of the merchant's own discount.
Subsidies are for individual users. Non-individual users such as units and enterprises do not enjoy subsidies for the purchase of cars. Each car buyer (based on the ID number) can only enjoy the subsidy once during the activity period.

Purchase of 100,000 yuan (inclusive) or more than 200,000 yuan subsidy of 6,000 yuan;

Submission materials: car purchase subsidy application form and commitment letter, the owner's valid identity certificate, car sales invoice, motor vehicle registration certificate, the owner's bank account number with the same name and other relevant information.
Application procedure: Consumers buy cars in eligible automobile sales enterprises, lock in the amount of subsidies through the car purchase subsidy procedure, and the automobile sales enterprise collects relevant information to initiate the application, and after the review is passed, the competent department of commerce will uniformly pay the subsidies to the automobile sales enterprises, and the automobile sales enterprises will issue subsidies to consumers within the specified time.
Automotive enterprise participation requirements
Participating enterprises should formulate preferential schemes for profit promotions to ensure that the selling price is not higher than that of surrounding cities, and at the same time promise not to take advantage of the opportunity to increase prices.
Enterprises participating in the activities should take the initiative to introduce the relevant provisions of automobile subsidies, assist car buyers to do a good job in declaration, and summarize sales in a timely manner.
If the consumer returns the car, he should deduct the car purchase subsidy, then refund the remaining purchase price, and pay the rebate car subsidy in time.
Participating enterprises must implement the main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control and safe production, strengthen emergency management, formulate emergency response plans in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, and ensure the safety and order of various promotional activities.
Precautions
The purchase price of the car includes VAT, and the time of purchase is subject to the time of invoice issuance.
Consumers who do not meet the conditions, do not provide information in accordance with regulations, or do not provide information within the time limit will not enjoy the subsidy for car purchase.
Enterprises and car buyers participating in the activity must be responsible for the authenticity of the materials they provide, so as to operate in good faith and consume in good faith. Once the violation is found, the subsidy funds will be recovered and the responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the relevant regulations.
