Seven people have been infected at a wedding in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and it has become an amplified place for the epidemic

At 16:00 on January 28, Hangzhou held the 43rd press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. At the meeting, it was reported that at 0-12:00 on January 28, 2022, Hangzhou reported 8 new local confirmed cases, namely 4 cases in Fuyang District, 3 cases in Xiaoshan District and 1 case in Binjiang District, and as of 12:00 on January 28, a total of 30 local confirmed cases were reported, namely 16 cases in Binjiang District, 7 cases in Xiaoshan District, 4 cases in Fuyang District, 2 cases in Shangcheng District and 1 case in Xihu District, all of which were mild. No new indigenous asymptomatic infections were reported.

Among the 30 confirmed cases, 3 cases of active medical treatment were found, 4 cases were found in the screening of the sealing/control area, and 23 cases were found in the isolation point test; 4 family cluster outbreaks occurred, involving 9 people; 7 people were detected at the wedding banquet; and 7 infected people lived in or worked in the Changjiang Xiyuan community of Binjiang District, showing a cluster.

At present, there is 1 risk area in the city, and all relevant epidemic-related places have been classified and controlled and environmental disinfection have been carried out.

Epidemic trend analysis: According to the epidemiological investigation, experts believe that the transmission chain of the epidemic is relatively clear, and the overall risk is controllable, but there may still be many cases of positive infection in the follow-up. The main reasons are as follows:

1. The earliest onset time of positive infected people is January 20, most cases are onset between the 20th and 25th, and the preliminary inference is that the virus should be introduced in mid-to-early January.

2. About half of the cases are workers of Huierte Catering Equipment Co., Ltd., and the time interval between the onset of the case and the isolation and control is long, indicating that the virus has spread within the company, and there is still a large possibility of recurrence in the future.

3. There are many cases of non-company employees in The Yangtze River West Garden and The Changhe Community, indicating that there may be community transmission in the community, and the possibility of continuing to appear in the community is not excluded.

4. Seven cases have been identified among participants at a wedding on 22 January, which became an amplification of the outbreak.
