This morning I took my daughter out to play and met the cleaning aunt at the door of the unit. I greeted her as usual. She responded with a smile and touched her daughter's pigtails. I noticed that her eyes were red and she was smiling reluctantly. After careful questioning, I learned that she had been deducted from her salary.

The cleaning aunt in charge of our building is in her fifties, thin, capable, gentle and warm, and has a kind smile on her face at all times. At work, when encountering owners who need to take a handle, aunts have taken the initiative to come forward to help.

Once I was out playing with my daughter and she was asleep and I came home with my sleeping daughter in my arms. As soon as I approached the door of the unit, my aunt saw me holding the child in the distance, so she opened the door and let me in. I thanked her, and she smiled and shook her head, afraid to wake up the child in my arms. Since then, I have become acquainted with my aunt.

In small talk, it is not easy to know the aunt. Her family is in the suburban county, has two sons and a daughter, the daughter is married; the eldest son has become a family, the family conditions are average, the old partner has bad legs and feet, and follows the eldest son to help with the baby; the younger son is still unmarried. The marriage of the younger son has become the heart disease of the aunt, taking advantage of the fact that the body is OK, out to earn money and give the younger son some help.

The cleaning salary is not high, and the aunt is meticulous, and at work, she collects and sells all the waste products that can be sold for money to increase some income. The aunt was very measured in cleaning up the waste and never touched what the owner had put outside the house. Once, I went out with a couple of cardboard boxes and bumped into her. She asked: Are you going to throw it away? I said: Yes. She said: Can you give it to me? I gave her all the cardboard boxes.

Since then, my aunt and I have agreed that my family will sort out the waste with recycling value, put it at the door, and let her take it herself. Several times after that, the garbage bag I had put at the door that I hadn't thrown away in time was gone. I knew it was my aunt who had quietly cleaned it up for me. After a few times, I was embarrassed and broke the habit of putting garbage bags at the door.

Auntie's job is not easy. She was alone responsible for the hygiene of the common areas of the two units in our building. The buildings in our community are all 34 floors. Auntie cleans twice a day in the morning and evening, and the workload is not small. Some owners unconsciously put kitchen garbage in the doorway, and it is difficult to clean up after the oil stains have infected the ground. Some people throw garbage in elevators. The situation in the elevator will be seen at any time, and once it is reflected in the front desk of the property, the aunt will come to clean up.

Since last year, the cleaning department has changed the management method, dividing the salary into two parts: basic salary and performance. Performance appraisal is more stringent, and if you are not careful, you will be deducted.

The day before yesterday, there were owners in the group complaining that the public area at the door was not clean, and the building management came to check and found that there was indeed some scattered garbage, which should be the owner's garbage bag cracked and scattered. The aunt was talked to and deducted part of the performance pay.

Looking at my aunt's lost expression, I could only say something comforting, though I knew that any consolation at this point would pale.

In fact, I often see some owners reflecting problems in the group. Some of the issues involving the management and service of the property should indeed be reflected. But some facts are too trivial. For example, there is some dust at the door, garbage and so on. There is time to complain in the group, how difficult is it to clean up by yourself? Your frivolous complaint is, for some people, an unbearable weight.

When she was about to leave, her 5-year-old daughter gave her aunt a big hug and made her laugh. As you can see, her laughter this time is from the heart. I sincerely hope that this hard-working and kind aunt will get what she wants and be happy every day!
