Feng Xianglun was admitted to the Affiliated High School of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1958. 1967 Graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. He is a first-class painter of the China Famous Calligraphy and Painting Institute, a member of the Sichuan Provincial Beauty Association, and the vice president of the Sichuan Xu Beihong Zhang Daqian Art Research Institute. His works have participated in many domestic and foreign art exhibitions and won awards; The white painting "Travel Map" was included in the "Complete Collection of Chinese Art"; The comic strip "Fire Alkane Cloth" won the Sichuan Excellent Works Award; "Shu Palace Music and Dance" was collected by the Yangzhou Eight Monsters Memorial Hall; Gongbi Chongcai's "ShuGong Le Trick" was included in the "International Modern Calligraphers and Painters Famous Professors Album" and was awarded the International Gold Award.
In 2000, Feng Xianglun held an exhibition of feng xianglun's character paintings in Chengdu. In 2001, he held the Feng Father and Son Exhibition in Chengdu, China, at the Times Gallery in San Francisco, and won the highest gold medal of the San Francisco Municipal Government. He also published books such as "Feng Shifu Feng Xianglun Father and Son Painting Collection", "Feng Xianglun Painting Collection", "Shu Palace Music Trick Map", "Chengdu Historical Celebrity" and so on. In 2003, the landscape painting "Lao Junge" participated in the world's 76 countries and regions famous artists exposition, and won the gold medal. In 2005, he was rated as the master of arts and crafts in Sichuan Province. At the end of December 2012, the Dream Return to Dunhuang Painting Exhibition was held in Chengdu. In 2014, an exhibition of the three generations of Works of the Feng family of the Western Shu was held at the Chongqing Yu'ao International Art Center. In 2015, he was hired as a special librarian of the Sichuan Provincial Museum of Culture and History. In 2015, he received an honorary doctorate from the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts.
