A detachment of the Inner Mongolia Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Corps is stationed in this street.

According to the signs, Zhaojun Road consists of the former South Chafang Street (670 meters along Yanggou Street) and the Hubai section of Huqing Highway (209 National Highway exit route, starting from Xinxin Banjimin Bridge (now Fuli Dadong) to the former Hohhot Second Paper Mill (now Actually Home) 1 km). It is 1730 meters long. History contains "Jinsui Avenue". In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), the Suiyuan Provincial Government built the section into a soil highway on the basis of the original convenient road, called "Guihe Highway". In 1967, it was paved with black oil roads, and the road width was 5.5 meters (before 1965, the Zhaojun road section belonged to the lower wetland because of the peach blossom board village (the locals called it "Eryin Yindi", and the repaired pavement was turned over every year in the spring, so the cars and horses could not pass, and the cars and horses from the south were diverted to the west to Baimiaozi in Baishihu, and then entered the city from Xikouzi through a house, the West Erdao River, and the former Balizhuang).

The former Inner Mongolia Agricultural School, the Second Paper Mill of Hohhot City, the Grass Warehouse, and the Hohhot Cremation Factory (Jiding Society) are stationed in this street. After 1985, a large number of migrant workers built houses on the reed Buzi barren grass beach in the west of the northern section of Huqing Road and the south of XinxinBan, forming a new settlement, and named this area "Falling Goose". Coupled with the newly named Zhaojun Road (Wang Zhaojun has the reputation of "Falling Goose"), the clever cooperation between the "Falling Goose" community and Zhaojun Road undoubtedly gives people a feeling that Wang Zhaojun has settled down and lived here again.

Wencao was completed in February 2022.
