Recently, led by the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yangjiang People's Hospital, the launch meeting of the clinical-scientific research cooperation project led by the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yangjiang People's Hospital, jointly with breast surgery and the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University, was held in the Famous Chinese Medicine Studio of Yangjiang People's Hospital. The meeting was presided over by Lai Yigui, director of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and experts attending the meeting included Zhao Xiaoshan, professor of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University, Chen Jixian, director of the Department of Breast Surgery of Yangjiang People's Hospital, Fan Huijie, head of the Department of Treatment of Pre-existing Diseases of Yangjiang People's Hospital, Jiang Xuefeng and Wang Qiang, doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Lin Zhaoling and Chen Fulong, breast surgeons.
At the meeting, Zhao Xiaoshan said that the establishment of a clinical-scientific research cooperation group to promote the construction of a talent team will further promote the development of clinical and scientific research in the two hospitals. Chen Jisheng said that the use of hospital medical resources, increase the clinical and scientific research of breast cancer and precancerous lesions, promote clinical research with scientific research, serve the people with a higher level of medical technology, and also cultivate high-quality talents for the hospital.
The successful docking of the clinical team of breast surgery of Yangjiang People's Hospital and the scientific research team of Professor Zhao Xiaoshan fully reflects the determination to comprehensively promote the development of discipline construction and will promote greater progress in clinical scientific research innovation.

Zhao Xiaoshan, Professor, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, Postdoctoral Co-supervisor of The School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Southern Medical University, Outstanding Young Chinese Medicine Talent of Guangdong Province, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Sub-Health Professional Committee of Guangdong Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has presided over 5 key and surface projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 9 provincial and municipal projects, and the core members have participated in many projects such as the National 863 Special Project and the 973 Program Project. In the past five years, he has published more than 80 papers, including 20 in SCI, 5 monographs, and 8 patents.
