Members of the public can identify it in three ways:

Information such as the name of the charitable organization, the public fundraising qualification certificate, the fundraising plan, the contact information and the method of inquiring about the fundraising information will be published on the regular used clothes recycling box.
The second is a website query. Inquiries can be made through the national charity information disclosure platform "Charity China".
The third type of telephone inquiry. Telephone consultation may be made with the civil affairs department at or above the county level.
The civil affairs department mainly supervises from the following three aspects:
