Zhou Mouyong is now under criminal detention, Li Mousheng, Su Mouwen, Li Mounan, and Qin Mouwen, who are under the age of 16, are ordered to strictly discipline them, and Su Mouwen and Qin Mouwen, who are 14 years old and under 16 years old, are placed under administrative detention (not enforced).
