ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 is equipped with a 14-inch 16:10 ratio screen, up to 2.8K 90Hz OLED screen, equipped with a 12th generation Core vPro processor, or Ryzen Pro 6000 processor, up to 32GB LPDDR5 memory, 2TB hard disk and so on. The fuselage provides two Type-C, two USB-A, HDMI 2.1, etc., and the Intel version also has a Raiden 4 interface.

ThinkPad P14s comes with a 14-inch IPS screen, up to a 4K touchscreen, and the P16s offers up to 2K screens. Both are equipped with a 12th generation Core H series i7 processor, up to optional i7-12800H, with Quadro T550 graphics card, supporting up to 48GB DDR4-3200 memory, 2TB NVMe hard disk. In addition, the notebook also provides conventional interfaces such as Raiden 4, RJ45, HDMI, etc., supports WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and optional 4G LTE version.
