Hu Weiguo Profile Hu Weiguo, a native of Gansu Province, graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and Central China Normal University with a master's degree in literature. He is currently the dean of the School of Arts of Gansu University of Political Science and Law, a professor, and a tutor for postgraduate students. He is a member of the Teaching Guidance, Certification and Textbook Construction Committee of Fine Arts and Design Majors in Colleges and Universities in Gansu Province, the deputy director of the Printmaking Art Committee of the Gansu Artists Association, the secretary general of the Comic Strip (Illustration) Art Committee, the director of the Gansu Young Artists Association, the director of the Lanzhou Visual Art Design Association, the director of the Lanzhou Pen Painting Association, and the director of the Gansu Oil Painting Society.
