The number of party members is 1 party member under 35 years old, 7 party members between 35 and 60 years old, 4 party members between 60 and 80 years old, 2 party members over 80 years old, 13 male party members and 2 female party members; as of March 2022, 1 person is applying for mobile party members.
(3) The situation of the village collective economy. Shuangquan Village area of 4665 acres, of which 2542 acres of arable land, the current villagers personal land circulation of 1331 acres, the contract period of 10 years, cultivated land contract fee of 400 yuan / mu, Gouqiao Road Forest 120 yuan / mu. The cemetery is 70 acres, the reservoir is 60 acres, and the village covers an area of 305 acres. Middle-aged and elderly people mainly grow crops such as corn, wheat, soybeans and cotton, and plant a small number of apple trees. Young people basically go out to work. In 2021, the village's collective economic income will be 60,000 yuan.

Third, the next step of the work plan
(1) Strengthen the building of grass-roots party organizations. The first is to insist on holding a monthly meeting of all party members to improve the quality of branch members through organizational study, exchanges and talks. The second is to promote the quantitative points management of party members, in view of the aging of party members in the village, do a good job in developing party members and cultivating active members and reserve cadres who have joined the party. The third is to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of party members, use the form of passing on help, sending out training, and practicing with cadres to do a good job in the comprehensive construction of party branches, and truly become a strong core that leads the masses to get rid of poverty and become rich. The fourth is to improve the disclosure of village affairs, promote democratic management, and implement the four disclosures of party affairs, village affairs, finance, and information. The fifth is to actively mobilize party members, take the lead in participating in the duty of epidemic prevention and control points, do a solid job in epidemic prevention and control, and give full play to the role of party organizations as fighting fortresses and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members.
(2) Actively explore the development of industrial projects and increase collective income. The first is to actively strive for the support of the financial, agricultural, land, water conservancy and other departments at higher levels, make full use of special development funds, find the right way, lead development with projects, and strive to promote peasants to increase their income. Specifically, it is planned to transform and upgrade more than 30 mu of ponds on the east side of the village, and the excavated soil can improve 50 mu of fertile land; the cleared ponds are used to develop the aquaculture industry and build photovoltaic power generation projects on the water. The second is to actively coordinate agriculture, water conservancy and other departments, cooperate with the town government to transform the water conservancy facilities in the farmland west of the village, carry out centralized dredging of ditches, build 1-2 culverts, divert water sources, and improve the irrigation capacity of farmland. The third is to actively contact professional and technical schools, strengthen the vocational skills training of party members and cadres and idle labor, so that everyone can master advanced planting and breeding technologies, understand the information of getting rich, master the methods of getting rich, and make more personnel become technical talents. The fourth is to give full play to the advantages of the "First Secretary", strive for the strength of enterprises and other sectors of society, increase the strength of assistance to villages, and actively contact and recommend villagers to work in enterprises with better benefits.
(3) Strive to solve the problem of poor infrastructure construction in villages. Make full use of higher-level policies and financial support, make every effort to seek help from all levels and all sectors of society, solve the problem of weak village infrastructure, effectively improve the appearance of villages, and solve the problem of farmers' difficulty in traveling. The first is to renovate and construct the roads in the village, and in the case of financial difficulties, first repair the seriously damaged places to facilitate the villagers' travel; the second is to renovate the construction of street lamps and replace the solar street lights; the third is to build a waiting shed at the bus waiting point; the fourth is to improve the infrastructure of the village cultural compound, including leveling and hardening the cultural compound, installing fitness equipment, etc., and building a place that can accommodate 100 people for collective activities at the same time.
