1: The bolt ball is made of 45# high-quality steel, and all raw materials are tested for 3/1000 sampling physical and chemical mechanical properties after entering the factory. Then go to the professional forging unit and forge the ball blank with a 250 kg or 750 kg air hammer die. The blank is normalized to make it hard to HB197~225. The blank requires no cracks, overburn, pockmarks and other defects, and the ovality does not exceed 1% of the diameter.

Second: The finishing of the bolt ball is processed with universal indexing head on the X5032A vertical lifting table milling machine, the ZA5032 garden column vertical drilling machine and the ZA3050~16 rocker arm drilling machine.

1. Mill out a reference plane of the ball on the vertical milling machine, and process the reference screw hole on the drilling machine; then use this reference screw hole to rotate the indexing head on the X5032A vertical milling machine to process the plane of each chord rod hole and the abdominal rod hole. The rotational positioning deviation of the fixture is 5, and after processing, angle detection is carried out, which meets the requirements of JGJ7-91 as genuine;

2. Use the positioning fixture to complete the processing of the hole on the vertical drilling machine;

3. Finally, the thread processing is carried out on the drilling machine to ensure that the angle error of the central axis of each threaded hole is not more than 30;

Third: The detection of bolt balls mainly uses angle plates, angle plates and angle rods for detection angles

1. The angle error of the central axis of the adjacent two screw holes is controlled within ±30, and the thread length must be guaranteed to > 1.3 times the nominal diameter of the bolt.

2. Allowable deviation of the equality of the end faces of the two screw holes on the same axis:

When D120mm, the deviation is 0.20mm;

When D120mm, the deviation is 0.30mm;

3. The allowable deviation from the end of the screw hole from the center of the sphere is −0.2mm;

4. The perpendicularity of the bolt hole end face and the axis is 0.5% of the screw hole end face diameter;

5. Screw hole thread processing accuracy, to meet the 6H level in GB196.
