"Xiaoying and I met when we were studying in Fudan..." Recalling her acquaintance with Zhou Ying, Zhao Qian, as her MBA classmate and entrepreneurial partner, still smiles naturally: "It's as if two people will naturally be attracted to each other." ”
In 2008, Zhao Qian and Zhou Ying, who are also Fudan MBA students, met in the classroom, and one interesting soul met another. "More experience, less purpose", the two girls have become an alternative group in the MBA, and they have also become good friends and girlfriends for a lifetime.

The Wenchuan earthquake and the snow disaster in South China that year made many Fudan people turn their attention to the field of public welfare, and Zhao Qian and Zhou Ying were naturally one of them, and they soon signed up for the Fudan MBA Love Committee. At that time, the Patriotic Committee was only a newly established freshman society, mainly for student assistance services, students raised funds, set up bursaries, and helped children in poor areas, but did not establish a sound organizational structure and development vision. Enthusiastic Zhou Ying and Zhao Qian and other students, using their management knowledge, after conducting research on other outstanding public welfare organizations at home and abroad, came up with an evaluation report, and put forward many pertinent suggestions for the future development of the PATRIOTIC COMMITTEE in the report.
After many years, Dai Ninghong, deputy director of the Fudan MBA program, still keeps this report: "At that time, Xiaoying handed me the report, and I told them that instead of being a judge of the Love Committee, it is better to turn myself into an actor." In the summer of 2009, they led a "I am great" summer camp, leading Fudan students to the poor mountainous areas of Xiji, Ningxia for summer volunteer teaching. The long-distance volunteer teaching did not go well at first, they slept on the hard desks and chairs in the classroom, there was not enough water to wash their faces and brush their teeth, the children initially behaved alienated and cold, and even the volunteer team members ate in restaurants, and occasionally they were "pit money"... As one of the main planners of the event, Daniel grew increasingly frustrated: "What is the point of us doing this?" Can we really change these kids? However, a conversation with Zhou Ying changed Daniel's mind.
As a team leader, Zhou Ying also bears great pressure, but she is always optimistic and positive.
