On August 27, following the official opening of Vanke Sino-Russian Industrial Park Industrial Demonstration Street, the Exhibition Center of Sino-Russian Industrial Park in Harbin New District and Free Trade Zone Harbin Area was unveiled, and the first batch of projects such as Heilongjiang Agricultural Industry Association, Heilongjiang Forestry Industry Association, Heilongjiang Dragon Media Education Group, and Harbin Russian Bridge International Trade Co., Ltd. were officially signed and settled.
As a key project of the 14th Five-Year Plan of Heilongjiang Province and an important carrier of the construction of the "Gateway to Russia", the Sino-Russian Industrial Park is positioned as "cross-border cooperation, integration of industry and city, urban green island, and vibrant neighborhood", and shoulders the major mission of driving the rise of the city with industrial development.
Implement the national core strategy to build an industrial development platform
The Sino-Russian Industrial Park is located in the central area of Harbin New Area and Harbin Free Trade Zone, with the national "Belt and Road" initiative as the background, relying on "double countries and two parks, in-depth co-construction", and based on regional policy advantages, the Sino-Russian Industrial Park will be committed to building an international industrial interaction center with China and Russia as the main and northeast Asia in the future. In terms of industrial model, the Sino-Russian Industrial Park is a unified industrial sharing platform of "two countries and two parks", and through the joint investment of "two countries and three places", it digs deep into the resource advantages of Russia and continues to inject development momentum into the city; in terms of industrial planning, the project uses the "1+1+4" industrial space planning to create industrial core groups with different functional structures. The park is not a single format but a comprehensive urban development, but an industry-city integration project driven by industrial development as the core and has a significant influence on the city. From the perspective of industrial development, the Sino-Russian Industrial Park will focus on building a financial and commercial headquarters center for Russia, a cross-border e-commerce industry cluster, an international production capacity cooperation center and a scientific and technological innovation and research and development center, and jointly build a Sino-Russian industrial cooperation highland and a policy innovation carrier for Russia with the new district government. From the perspective of urban construction, as a comprehensive development project of the area integrating industry and city, it will always aim at the new business card of Sino-Russian exchanges in Harbin to create an international block integrating high-quality consumption formats and Russian characteristics. And through the quality and characteristic of the 15-minute living circle to create, for the city to provide benchmark "international community ideal life".
