On the production side, enterprises increase production scheduling and start full horsepower; On the consumer side, leading brands focus on the new needs of users, adopt differentiated strategies, and launch a variety of intelligent, comfortable, healthy and other characteristic products. In an electrical appliance store in Qingdao, the sales of hanging and vertical air conditioners using the new variable flow diversion technology have increased by 17% year-on-year since July, and the reason why consumers are favored is that after using this new technology, even if the maximum outdoor temperature reaches 65 degrees Celsius, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can still run smoothly and ensure good cooling effect.
Li Yang, system engineer of the R&D center of an air-conditioning enterprise: This new technology independently developed by us can achieve energy saving and low carbon, optimize the refrigeration flow path, and increase the cooling capacity by 8% in high temperature weather. Compared with entry-level air conditioners, a single air conditioner can reduce electricity consumption by 389 kWh, reduce carbon dioxide by 387 kg, and reduce sulfur dioxide by 11.6 kg per year.
Industry insiders expect that this year is a "big year" for the air conditioning market. Compared with household air conditioners, the pace of public building renovation is further accelerated in high temperature weather, and it is expected that the growth rate of the central air conditioning market will continue to be faster than that of the household air conditioning market in 2023, and the annual sales are expected to be close to 130 billion yuan, an increase of more than 20%.
