At halftime, music teacher Li Xiuxia from Tian Jiaping Middle School in Wuhua County "partnered" Gu Huifu, Feng Zhihao and Li Jiacheng led the song "Defend the Yellow River", Wen Yihe led "Blind Date and Love" alone, and Gu Huifu led "Country" alone after the end of the competition.
