Wei County was in Wei Prefecture in the Tang Dynasty, which is now Qi County, Henan. In the spring, we should have traveled together, but the poet had to bid farewell to his friends in this season of flowers, "Yellow birds flying willows, and spring breeze sending guests makes people sad." "Yellow warblers fly lightly, willows hang silk, the spring breeze is pleasant, and the parting is sad." The first link points out the characteristics of the season and expresses the sorrow of parting.
"The willows are weeping", which reflects the poet's unwilling mood of relying on others.
