On the morning of September 28, the arbitration cooperation meeting of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster was successfully held, and the arbitration commissions of Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang signed a "cloud" contract.
At the meeting, the relevant responsible persons of the arbitration commissions of Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang introduced their respective developments, discussed the list of cooperation projects and the new situation, new problems and new challenges they faced, and signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Arbitration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River City Cluster in the "Cloud".
It is reported that the three parties will focus on six aspects, such as the exchange of construction talents, arbitration and mediation cooperation, arbitration theoretical research and practical research, mutual assistance in arbitration procedures, sharing of arbitral tribunals, and cooperation and exchange of arbitration institutions, as well as medium- and long-term and long-term goals. Actively give play to their respective unique advantages, carry out sharing cooperation, strengthen the publicity and implementation of the arbitration legal system, enhance the international commercial arbitration capacity of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and provide high-quality arbitration services for the coordinated development of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
The person in charge of Wuzhong said that Wuzhong will consciously serve the overall situation of arbitration cooperation and development in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, conscientiously study the advanced experience of Changsha and Nanchang Arbitration Commissions, give play to comparative advantages, and run the concept of cooperation and co-construction through all fields and links of its own work. And actively together with the Changsha and Nanchang Arbitration Commissions, promote the establishment of the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River City Cluster Arbitration Collaboration Alliance, and strive to use five years to cover all arbitration institutions in the three provinces, and make every effort to build a regional international arbitration center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River City Cluster, and help the construction and development of the law-based business environment in the urban agglomeration.
For the first time on the same day, the arbitration institutions of the three places jointly held seminars online and offline to discuss how to strengthen the capacity building of arbitration institutions in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration for foreign-related arbitration.
