The tourist said that they started queuing at about 3 p.m. and waited until about 7 p.m., seeing that there was no car, and they had to refund their tickets to go down the mountain at 8 p.m. "There are many queues on the way, there is a bus but it doesn't start, it's dark and cold, the elderly and children can't stand it, the scenic spot is too irresponsible!"
There are also tourists who posted videos saying that the scenery of the scenic spot is okay, but the management is chaotic, and the tickets are sold first and then queued, and finally queued for three or four hours. On the evening of the 16th, the stranded tourists had already descended the mountain, and no tourists were injured as a result. The scenic spot has always arranged vehicles to pick up tourists down the mountain, but the flow of people on the 16th is too large, and the follow-up will limit the time of ticket reservation to eliminate similar problems.

The opening hours of the Tourist Service Center and all ticket gates entering the central scenic spot have been adjusted to 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Zhurongfeng Zhurong Hall will be temporarily closed to the public at 16 o'clock. The operating hours of the central scenic area are from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Vehicles only operate below the half-level pavilion, and you need to walk above the half-level pavilion to climb the mountain.
