After logging in, on the "Withholding and Payment" page, click [Refund Handling Fee Verification] on the left menu.

Enter the "Refund Fee Verification" interface, the system will automatically pop up the "Prompt Information" pop-up box, click [OK], and the system will automatically bring out the single-account verification list.

Step 4...
On the "Check the Single-Account Check Inventory" page, check the 2023 withholding tax information, check it after it is correct, and click Next.

Please do not check the data that has already settled the refund fee;
If there is any error in the data of the settlement statement, please go to the tax service department of the in-charge tax authority for processing. ）

Step 5...
After checking the information on the "Confirm Settlement Form" interface, you can click [Apply for Return].
☀ Tips
The settlement period in the [Confirm Settlement Statement] page should be from 2023-01-01 to 2023-12-31, and the settlement and reporting time limit displayed by the system is the warehousing date instead of the tax period.

Step 6...
On the pop-up "Withholding Handling Fee Refund Application" page, view the handling fee amount, select "Account Opening Bank", "Bank Account Number", and click Submit.
☀ Tips
If the name of the payee and the name of the withholding agent are inconsistent, please go to the tax service department of the in-charge tax authority for processing.
After the submission is completed, the system will be pushed to the tax authorities and the treasury for review, and after the review is passed, the application fee will be refunded to the corresponding bank account, please pay attention to check!
