According to the requirements of relevant standards, each steam generator is equipped with a mechanical safety valve to fully ensure the safety of use. The valve should be checked for leakage every time it is used, and the damage should be replaced or repaired in time.
Pressure transmitters
The pressure transmitter is an important part of the steam generator, and the pressure can be adjusted through the data adjustment of the program control panel to meet the customer's precise temperature control. Spare parts should be available and replaced when damaged.
Overpressure controller
The mechanical pressure is the highest point of the pressure setpoint and is used for overpressure shutdown protection. It is strictly forbidden for the user to adjust the pressure controller, and we cannot recalibrate the pressure controller on site. Spare parts should be available and replaced when damaged.
Exhaust gas temperature sensor
The thermal efficiency decreases by about 1% for every 12 degrees of flue gas temperature, so the exhaust gas temperature is an important indicator for judging the energy saving of the equipment, and it is also the guarantee for the safety of the steam generator. If the flue gas temperature rises abnormally, the program control unit will send a shutdown command. Spare parts should be available and replaced when damaged.
Thermal protection switches
Each heating unit of the steam generator is equipped with a thermal protection switch to prevent the dry burning of the heated product in various situations, which can cause damage.
