The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for high winds at 06:00 on February 4:

It is expected that from 08:00 on the 4th to 08:00 on the 5th, there will be 5~7 gales with gusts of 8 in the southern Xinjiang Basin, northern and western Tibet, western Qinghai, Taiwan Island and other places, and 7~8 gales with gusts of 9 in the southern waters of the Yellow Sea and most of the East China Sea, of which the winds in some parts of the southern Yellow Sea can reach 9 and 10 gusts.

From 08:00 on February 5 to 08:00 on the 6th, there will be strong winds of 5~7 and gusts of 8 in the southern Xinjiang basin, Tibet, western Qinghai, Taiwan Island and other places; in the southern waters of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the Bashi Strait, there will be strong winds of 7~8 and gusts of 9, of which the winds in the southern Yellow Sea and some parts of the northern part of the East China Sea can reach 9 and 10 gusts.

The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for heavy fog at 06:00 on February 4:

It is expected that from the night of February 4 to the morning of February 5, there will be heavy fog in the coastal waters of Beibu Gulf, Qiongzhou Strait, the coastal waters of western Guangdong, and the coastal waters of Leizhou Peninsula, and the visibility will be less than 1 km. In addition, from the morning to the morning of the 4th, there was foggy weather in western Guizhou and the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, and there was strong dense fog with visibility of less than 200 meters locally.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange warning for blitz at 06:00 on February 4:

It is expected that from 08:00 on February 4 to 08:00 on February 5, there will be heavy snow in parts of eastern Henan, central and northern Anhui, central and northern Jiangsu, and central and eastern Shandong, among them, there will be heavy snowfall (10~13 mm) in parts of eastern Anhui, central and northern Jiangsu, and Shandong Peninsula. The new snow depth in some of the above areas is 2~5 cm, and the local snow can reach more than 8 cm.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a freezing orange warning at 06:00 on February 4:

It is expected that from 08:00 on February 4 to 08:00 on the 5th, there will be freezing rain in parts of central and eastern Guizhou, most of Hunan, southeastern Hubei, northwest Jiangxi, southern Anhui and other places, and the cumulative freezing rainfall can reach 1~5mm, and the local area is about 10mm.
