At about 19:23 on February 19, a fire broke out in a paper warehouse in Guohuan Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province. After receiving the alarm, the command center of the Putian Fire and Rescue Detachment quickly dispatched fire and rescue forces to the scene to extinguish the fire. After intensive handling, the fire was brought under control, but fortunately there were no casualties.
