From March 25th to 26th, Yao Xiaojun, member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and his party went to our city to investigate the ecological and environmental protection work. Gao Hongzhen, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, Zhang Haifeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, and Zhao Yiyi, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, participated in the investigation.
The research team successively went to Shaanxi Shuangling Chemical, Baoji Jinda Recycling Materials, Baoji Hengxing Petrochemical and other enterprises, and had an in-depth and detailed understanding of the source, storage and transfer, and standardized management of hazardous waste in the enterprise by listening to reports, on-site inspections, consulting materials, and discussing and exchanging.
In Zhongyanshan Village and Yuquan Village in Weibin District, Qing'anbao Village in High-tech Zone, Duanjia Village and Shuangle Village in Fufeng County, the research team inspected in detail the collection and treatment of rural domestic sewage, pipe network construction, operation and maintenance, etc., and conducted research on the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas.
At the project sites such as the comprehensive environmental management of the Jintai River Basin of the Jinling River and the Baoji Ecological Environment Monitoring and Emergency Law Enforcement Information Center, the research team learned about the progress of project planning, operation and construction.
After the investigation of the Baoji Environmental Monitoring Center Station, a symposium was held on the spot. The research team fully affirmed the achievements of the city's standardized environmental management of hazardous waste and rural domestic sewage treatment, and put forward guiding opinions for the planning and development of ecological environmental protection projects.
Yao Xiaojun pointed out that Baoji City attaches great importance to ecological and environmental protection, has clear ideas, various regulatory and assistance measures are in place, and the basic data is solid. He stressed that the standardized disposal of hazardous waste, the standardized treatment of rural sewage and the standardized construction of environmental protection projects are related to people's livelihood and well-being, and are the in-depth implementation and practice of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought and the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".
He demanded that we should base ourselves on the current situation and focus on the long-term, build a strong line of defense against environmental risks, improve the rural living environment, implement actual planning projects, continue to promote the stable improvement of ecological environment quality, and support high-quality development with a high-quality ecological environment.
