At the exhibition, Atlas Copco brought a variety of intelligent vacuum pumps and vacuum systems that provide efficient and reliable solutions for vacuum needs in the battery manufacturing process.

Among them, VSD⁺ inverter technology can adjust the operating speed of the vacuum pump and system according to the real-time needs of the process to avoid energy waste. Optical inspection – cell and film inspection solutions

ISRA Vision, a supplier of industrial image processing equipment and part of the Atlas Copco Group's Industrial Technology Division, has launched a 360° cell inspection solution to ensure the quality of the batteries delivered by battery manufacturers.

In addition to dimensional measurements, the inspection program also includes surface defect detection and contamination detection, which can distinguish between conventional defects and uneven defects. The system also checks barcodes and 2D codes extremely reliably.

During the diaphragm production process, ISLA's vision inspection systems enable real-time, high-speed, in-line inspection and classification of small defects. Advanced technologies such as multi-scan and HDR can inspect for protruding defects and are used to detect and accurately distinguish between thin spots and pinholes.
