The project is located in Juyuan New District, Jiading, with Longye Road to the east, Beiqing Road (Zhudi Road) to the south, Hongshi Road to the west, and Chenjiashan Road to the north.
The total construction land area is 27,007 square meters, and the total construction area is 87,912.55 square meters, of which the capacity area is 64,816 square meters.
From September 2 to 11, 2020, the project was publicized for the first time on the site and on the land planning website, and the project was adjusted according to the opinions of some departments. The plan adjustment is as follows:
1. Adjust the number of parking spaces according to the opinions of relevant departments; 2. The spacing of some monomers is adjusted.
There is no change in the floor height, building height and façade of the adjustment building, and the specific adjustment content is detailed in the public drawings.
