Recently, Beijing announced the ranking of the city's "seven haves" and "five sexes" monitoring and evaluation index in 2023, and the total index of "seven haves" and "five sexes" in Huairou District was 94.36, ranking first in the city. This is also the fourth consecutive year that the total monitoring and evaluation index of Huairou's "seven haves" and "five sexes" has ranked first in the city.
At present, Huairou District ranks first in the city in the fields of childcare, elderly care, weak support, fairness, and social evaluation; In the two fields of medical treatment and livability, it has also achieved the top three good results in the city; In terms of indicators, 20 indicators, such as the coverage rate of inclusive kindergartens and the coverage rate of contracted services for key groups of family doctors, rank first in the city; The employment rate of registered unemployed persons in urban areas, the satisfaction rate of family doctor contracted services, and the average concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) also performed well, ranking among the top three in the city.
