Small items are easy to say, but there is also no shortage of large items, household appliances, toilets, and even furniture and equipment. Temporarily unloaded on the side of the road courier blocked the passage directly into the sales department, Zhuoma grass bypassed the pile, first carried the woven bag full of small pieces into the sales department, and then handed over the previous day's collection of the mail to the driver master to load, and watched the transfer car leave. She entered the sales department again, scanned the code one by one, and placed it in a classified manner.
At around 9 a.m., Dolma grass began its first delivery. Send the batch parts in the county first. The county seat of Luqu is not large, and Leduo Road runs through the county from east to west. County Government, People's Hospital, Xinhua Bookstore, Rural Credit Cooperative, Bank, Public Security Bureau...... The main units of the county are on this road. While the delivery car was moving, her two mobile phones rang non-stop, "You have a new order, please pick it up as soon as possible." The pick-up reminder that rings at any time often disrupts her delivery plan, stopping for dozens of meters, turning around in a few minutes, and only about 300 meters from the cooperative to China Mobile, Zhuoma grass has lost her head five times.

There are 8 ethnic minorities in Luqu County (Tibetan, Hui, Dongxiang, Tu, Baoan, Manchu, Mongolian, and Salar), of which Tibetans account for the vast majority. Zhuo Ma Cao said that the turning point in the development of Luqu e-commerce was in 2018, when Luqu County won the title of "2018 E-commerce into Rural Comprehensive Demonstration County" by the Ministry of Commerce, and the express delivery service continued to improve. Over the past 6 years, the Jingdong Express Luqu business department has stabilized more than 200 orders from 3 or 4 orders per day when the station was first built, and the delivery time has also reached the next day from the next day, which has completely changed the situation that it takes 3-5 days to receive an express delivery in this small plateau city.

Regardless of sunny or rainy or snowy weather, the express delivery of the day will be delivered on the same day, which is the constant requirement of Zhuoma grass for 5 years. One winter, a heavy snowfall came unexpectedly, and the temperature in Luqu was as low as more than 10 degrees below zero, and the transfer truck arrived 2 hours late. When Zhuoma grass insisted on braving the snow to deliver the express to the customer's home, it was already dark, and the customer said in disbelief: "With such a big snowfall, the road is slippery, and I thought it would definitely not be delivered today." When he turned to leave, the customer thanked him over and over again, and repeatedly admonished, "Be careful on the road and drive slowly." This thank you and every word of advice made her understand that meeting the delivery needs of customers is the greatest meaning of work. In March this year, Zhuoma Grass was awarded the title of "The Most Beautiful Jingdong People" and flew to Beijing to receive the award. After receiving the award, she rushed back to Luqu and continued to deliver couriers, just like every day in the past five years. She said that the job of a courier is "full of ups and downs, but also more work".
From joining the company in 2019 to the present, Zhuoma Grass has witnessed the changes brought to the lives of herdsmen by "express delivery to the countryside", and behind the doubling of the volume of goods is a new two-way circulation pattern of "industrial products quickly going to the countryside and agricultural products entering the city in a timely manner".
