These 5 habits are the body's "humidifier"

author:Zhang Linlin, nutritionist

1. Sedentary

People who do not exercise much often experience heavy signs of dampness such as heaviness and weakness in the limbs. The more you don't like to exercise, the more moisture will accumulate in your body.

Consistent exercise can effectively speed up blood circulation and metabolism, and promote the discharge of moisture. Aerobic exercises such as running, walking, and swimming are recommended, and proper perspiration can accelerate the body's "dampness".

2. Do not dry your body and hair in time after taking a bath

After bathing, dry your body, including your feet, promptly and thoroughly. Also blow dry your hair in time, and don't fall asleep when your hair is still wet.

If you are only washing your feet and not bathing, you should also dry your feet in time, and it is best to take a towel to dry the water between your toes to avoid moisture invading your body.

Reduce going out on rainy days, change clothes in time after rain, and change shoes in time when they are wet.

Pay attention to keep the room dry, if the outdoor humidity is also heavy, you can turn on the fan, air conditioner, etc., to let the air in the room circulate.

3. Stay up late

If you don't sleep when it's time to rest, your liver won't get rest. The body is prone to symptoms such as dizziness, head swelling, and dry and painful eyes.

4. Prefer fatty and sweet taste

Fatty and sweet flavor refers to spicy, greasy, sweet, delicate food, or food with a strong taste.

Excessive consumption of greasy food will harm the spleen and stomach, reduce its ability to transport, and thus promote the formation of dampness, which will stay in the body.

5. Gluttony, raw and cold

People who are gluttonous, drink and eat irregularly are more likely to get wet. These factors can easily lead to poor function of the spleen and stomach, and the ability to transport water and dampness is reduced, so that dampness accumulates in the body.
