1. Clean up storage space

We open V-Info-Settings and find the generic;
Select Storage Space in General;
This is a record of the memory occupied by your V-message. Find the chat history in the storage space and click Manage on the right;
This will show you how much memory you use to chat with others. The higher the ranking, the more memory it occupies, which means that you are chatting with this person a lot.
Select the person you want to chat with and click the icon on the right.
You'll be able to see all the images, videos, and files you've sent. Click Select All in the lower left corner, and then click Clean to delete it completely.
Clearing up storage space will delete all chats on your phone device, but that doesn't guarantee that you'll be completely deleted.
Chances are you still have a backup on your computer! If you don't delete the chat history on your computer, you can still transfer it to your phone again through backup and restore!
2. Clean up the computer synchronization records
If your V-message has logged in on your computer or tablet and clicked Sync Chat History, then your chat history will also be automatically backed up to the computer, so pay attention to cleaning it up here.
Let's open the computer version of V-letter, click on the three horizontal at the bottom left, and select Settings;
Click File Management, you can see the location where your V-letter chat history is saved on the computer, and find the chat history according to this location to delete it.
