The institute has set up a special fund of 500 million yuan for the implementation of the "key special projects for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements", and explored ways to promote the promotion and application of major achievements through "post-subsidy". At the same time, in the strategic science and technology pilot special projects and key deployment projects independently laid out by our institute, the work facing the major needs of the country and the main battlefield of the national economy is moderately tilted.

Actively attract social capital and strive for relevant national guidance funds to set up a fund for the transformation of achievements and intellectual property operations, and provide support for investment, financing, operation and management of science and technology enterprises or project companies formed by the transformation of scientific and technological achievements (intellectual property rights) of our institute.
