The other vehicle hit 40% of the left side of the rear of a stationary vehicle at a speed of 60km/h, simulating the state of the rear vehicle in a high-speed rear-end collision in which the brake deceleration and steering dodge could not hit the vehicle in front of it, so as to measure the degree of damage to the rear-ended and rear-ended vehicles in the collision and the injuries of the drivers and occupants in the vehicle.

The result of the test was that the fuel system of the No. 1 car was complete after the collision, which effectively hindered the safety of the driver and passengers; The No. 2 car passed the test items of the collision body structure, restraint system, and SHI post-death rescue, showing excellent passive safety performance of the whole vehicle. The AEB function of the No. 3 car intervened in time, the emergency braking effect was good, and the timely braking was 0.44 meters away from the SHI point, which perfectly avoided the chain collision, which is enough to show the outstanding active and passive safety performance of Dongfeng Citroen Versailles C5 X.
