A typical case of "Rural Women Dream Chaser".

1. Resolutely support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, the people, and socialism. Actively practice the core values of socialism, have a high ideological awareness, exemplary compliance with national laws and regulations, and have a sense of social responsibility and inspirational positive energy.

2. Women aged 18 years old (inclusive) to 50 years old (inclusive) with household registration in Jiangxi Province, high school (technical secondary school) or above.

3. Civilized style, honest and trustworthy, with deep "three rural" feelings, love agriculture and rejuvenate agriculture, dare to try, have the courage to innovate, actively participate in rural development and construction, and have a certain influence in the local area.

4. Actively participate in the development of agriculture and rural areas, and have achieved good results in serving rural revitalization in agriculture-related entrepreneurship, rural governance, rejuvenating agriculture through science and technology, and rural social practice, and have a demonstrative and leading role, and have been engaged in agricultural and rural work for more than three years.

3. Engaged in grain production for 3 years or more, with a grain planting area of 200 mu or more, including rice, corn, potato, sweet potato, soybean and other food crops;

4. The yield index of food crops is higher than the local average;

5. Actively apply advanced and practical technology, the coverage rate of high-quality improved seeds has reached more than 90%, the level of comprehensive mechanization of cultivation and harvesting is high, and the grain yield is significantly higher than the average level of the township (town);

6. Actively drive the surrounding farmers to grow grain and apply advanced and practical technology, achieve good results, and have a high reputation among farmers. There is no criminal record or has been listed as a dishonest executor.

In principle, the typical cases of "Jiangxi Provincial Women's Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Base" recommended by women are farmer cooperatives, family farms, leisure agricultural bases, agricultural and sideline product processing enterprises, agricultural science and technology enterprises, modern agricultural parks, etc., which should meet the following conditions for two consecutive years:

1. Advanced technology mode. It can popularize the use of new agricultural varieties, new technologies, new processes, new facilities, etc., which are compatible with the development of agriculture and rural areas in the new era, and demonstrate and promote new technologies and new models that are urgent for industrial development and farmers' production, and carry out technical training on the spot, and train no less than 500 rural women every year.

2. Moderate scale of operation. Under the new situation of implementing the rural revitalization strategy, the base planning meets the requirements of local economic, social and agricultural development, the planning layout is reasonable, and the degree of agricultural industrialization and modernization is high. In principle, the planting area is more than 100 acres, the annual slaughter of large-scale pig farms reaches more than 1,000 heads, the storage of dairy beef cattle farms reaches more than 100 heads and 50 heads respectively, the annual slaughter of poultry birds is more than 50,000 birds, and the water surface area of aquatic products is more than 50 acres. The annual operating income shall not be less than 1.5 million yuan.

It can focus on the needs of peasants' production and life, provide pre-production, production, and post-production agricultural socialization services, and actively explore the establishment of more close and effective connection mechanisms in various forms such as equity and cooperation, and guide women to take the path of industrialization, specialization, and organization. Every year, no less than 500 rural women are provided with information, technology, sales and other services.

5. Orderly operation and management. Establish a management and operation mechanism that meets the requirements of development, the management organization, rules and regulations are relatively clear and complete, the technology promotion, education and training are scientific and reasonable, and the sustainable development ability is strong. The base should be in operation for 3 years or more, in good business condition, and have no illegal and bad records.
