At around 15:53 on May 25, 2024, Hang Hong, a station attendant at Boxing Road Station of Line 6, anxiously called through the intercom, "Stationmaster, you come to the upward platform, there is a female passenger who needs help!"

Chen Hui, the stationmaster on duty, immediately rushed to the platform after receiving the report, and found a female passenger leaning against the wall with a pale face, so she helped the passenger to the seat to rest, and patiently comforted the passenger's discomfort throughout the whole process to relieve tension and anxiety. After inquiry, the passenger suddenly felt unwell after getting off the bus, and the symptoms of dizziness and nausea gradually worsened.

Hearing this, Stationmaster Chen took the initiative to help him contact his family and dialed the 120 emergency number after obtaining the passenger's consent. In order to cooperate with the medical staff for rapid treatment, wheelchairs were specially provided for passengers. Soon after, the passenger's family and 120 emergency personnel rushed to the station, and with the help of stationmaster Chen and medical staff, the unwell passengers were quickly moved to the ambulance and accompanied by their families to the hospital for treatment.
