2. Focusing on leading cohesion, we will solve the problem of "how to rejuvenate service vitality" with co-construction and co-governance. Focusing on the organizational setting of the innovation group, optimizing the allocation of work resources, and exploring the operation mechanism of building group building, the regionalized youth working committee was established to build a building youth work system of "regionalized youth league building alliance + regionalized youth working committee + independent building group building team building work station". The relevant persons in charge of 8 district-level organs, including the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the Party School of the District Committee, are appointed as consultants for the group building of district-level buildings, and professional guidance is given in the aspects of party building and group building, ideological guidance, and enterprise assistance services. Establish a four-level building discussion mechanism of districts, streets, communities, and building organizations, sort out 135 items in 3 categories of the list of services for group building and helping enterprises, build a service chain of "serving youth, serving enterprises, and serving industries", and regularly conduct topic consultations on issues such as team building development planning, government-enterprise communication, problem consultation, service co-ordination, and resource coordination, and since 2023, more than 183 demands of building enterprises and young people have been coordinated and resolved.
3. Adhere to the overall planning of resources, and overcome the problem of "how to improve the popularity of activities" with collaborative linkage. With the "distribution" of building team building, we will create the brand of "Building Youth Day", explore the work mode of building team building with resource introduction, platform linkage, and independent activities, release the annual project list guidelines around the multi-dimensional needs of building youth groups, and launch the project of "Youth League Calls You to Learn, Youth Preaching Building Walk". Since 2023, the United District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has carried out the "Spring Breeze Delivery" action, regularly released the "Post Home Delivery", held the "Romantic Summer, Yuan Gathering Youth" building youth cultural gathering and friendship activities, organized and participated in more than 40 regional team building activities such as the Yangtze River Delta E-sports League and the "Cute Pet Dating Club", and focused on solving the problems of employment and entrepreneurship, marriage and dating.
