CCTV News: On June 21, a batch of high-tech goods exported to Singapore were successfully loaded and shipped after completing customs clearance procedures. This is the first export shipment after the implementation of the China-Singapore "one-time entry and synchronous declaration" project, and it also marks the successful landing of the China-Singapore "one-time entry and synchronous declaration" project in Zhejiang.
The first batch of pilot export goods are mainly LED splicing screens, etc., which will be used in the field of intelligent security in the future. Under the new model, after the completion of the entry declaration and the customs review and release, the relevant data will be automatically transmitted through the "China International Trade Single Window" platform and converted into the declaration information required for the import of goods in Singapore, and the import declaration will be completed to the Singapore Customs at the same time, eliminating the need for enterprises to enter and declare again in the foreign import link, and realizing the facilitation effect of "one-time entry and simultaneous declaration".
The "one-time entry and simultaneous declaration" project is one of the key cooperation demonstration projects of customs clearance facilitation promoted by China and Singapore, and is a pragmatic action to implement the cooperation framework agreement between China and Singapore. On April 16 this year, the State Port Administration Office issued a notice to expand the pilot scope of the China-Singapore "one-time entry and simultaneous declaration" project to be implemented in Singapore and Tianjin, Chongqing, Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other regions in China.
