Huawei's Pura 70 series offers four mobile phones, the Pura 70 Pro/Pro+/Ultra all three mobile phones provide satellite communication support, and the Pura 70 standard version does not provide satellite functionality, which is a little regrettable for many users.

Recently, in the spare parts repair page of Huawei's official website, the Pura 70 Beidou satellite message version appeared, but this mobile phone is not currently on the shelves of Huawei Mall.

The Huawei Pura 70 series adds a picture message function based on the Beidou satellite messaging function. Users can send image messages and generate trajectory map functions, but the sent images are compressed lossily, and the compression effect is limited by the bandwidth of the satellite network. Compared with the ordinary picture transmission function, Beidou satellite pictures must have a big gap in image quality, but it is certainly enough to transmit key information as an emergency function.

It is expected that the Huawei Pura 70 Beidou Satellite Messaging Edition can support the Beidou satellite picture message function, while the Tiantong satellite call function will not support it. The addition of satellite communication capabilities will certainly have an impact on the cost of the entire machine, which is expected to be sold at a slightly higher price than the standard version of the Pura 70.
