According to the data, in May 2024, Dongfeng Fengshen's sales will be 6,697 units, compared with 7,229 units sold in April this year, a month-on-month decrease of 7.35%. At the same time, Dongfeng Fengshen's sales in March were 8,550 units, which has been declining for 2 consecutive months, and this year's monthly sales have not exceeded 10,000 units for 4 consecutive months.
The main model, Dongfeng Fengshen Haohan, has fallen from 5,000 units in January this year to around 3,000 today, and in May 2024, Haohan's sales will be 3,238 units. Although the sales volume increased by 177 units compared with April, such sales results are difficult to support the overall sales of the entire Dongfeng Fengshen.
Previously, at the beginning of the listing, Dongfeng Fengshen Yixuan sales also showed an upward trend, with the highest sales of nearly 7,000 vehicles, but with the change of market demand and the problem of its own product strength, Dongfeng Fengshen Yixuan also showed a very obvious downward trend. As the first model to be equipped with a Mach electric hybrid (PHREV), the Fengshen L7 PHEV sold only 803 units in May as deliveries just began on May 24.
In addition, the performance of Dongfeng Fengshen Haoji also showed a relatively obvious downward trend, although this car had been pre-sold at the time, set a 4-hour order reached 7018, and 24-hour orders exceeded 10,000 results, but with the market upgrade and consumer demand for product changes, Haoji whether it is a fuel vehicle product or a hybrid model, the performance in the market segment is not bright enough. In May, Dongfeng Fengshen E70 sales were 407 units, compared with the sales of 1124 units in April this year, a month-on-month decline of 63.7%, and from January to May this year, the cumulative sales of Fengshen E70 were 7106 units, which was inferior to the monthly sales of new energy pure electric vehicles in the market.
