Recruitment positions
Combatant on duty (5), brigade clerk (1).
Engaged in front-line fire fighting and rescue work, after entry, focus on two-month pre-job training (probation period), sign a contract after passing the assessment, need to undertake the task of duty and combat readiness, and the brigade clerk works in the Tongcheng County Fire Brigade.
Qualifications
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, have good moral sentiments and psychological quality, have a strong sense of discipline, and be able to keep work secrets;
3. Voluntarily engage in fire fighting and rescue work, have the spirit of loyalty, dedication, hard-working and hard-working, and obey the organization, distribution and management;

5. Physical fitness, physical and mental health, in line with the "Firefighter Occupational Health Standards" (GBZ221-2009) physical examination standards;

Working hours, location
Working in the Tongcheng County Fire and Rescue Brigade, the combatants on duty shall implement a work break system of 5 days off and 2 days off, and implement a 24-hour on-duty system when working.
Salary
(1) Wages and salaries
1. After entry, focus on two-month pre-job training (probation period), and the salary is 2000 yuan/month.
2. After passing the probationary period, the corresponding grades will be assessed according to different educational backgrounds, different years of service, and different positions, and the corresponding echelon salary grades will increase step by step, and the monthly salary of newly recruited combatants on duty is about 4,200 yuan, (all of the above include the part of five insurances and one housing fund borne by individuals).
3. At the end of each year, the annual incentive salary will be paid according to the evaluation situation;
4. Personnel who have obtained the national vocational qualification certificate related to fire and rescue work will be given a monthly allowance of 200-1200 yuan for special talents according to the grade;
5. Those who hold management positions such as deputy squad leader, squad leader, assistant stationmaster, deputy stationmaster, and stationmaster will be paid a monthly salary of 600-1500 yuan.
(2) Other benefits

Aged over 20 years old and under 35 years old, full-time college degree or above, the age of those with excellent conditions can be appropriately relaxed, proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software, familiar with official document writing skills, with the ability to independently complete work reports and summarize plans, meticulous and serious work, strong execution, full of teamwork spirit, fire engineering, fire management, legal practice and other related majors or with relevant vocational skills certificates, secretarial, Chinese language, fire engineering, Legal practice, file management and other related majors or relevant vocational skills certificates, with a C1 or above driver's license, able to adapt to overtime, night work, and fire-related work experience is preferred.
