I have been trying to inject the spirit of ink painting into the creation of fine brushwork, to inject more connotation into the traditional freehand painting materials, to bring them into full play, to expand the richness and expressiveness of their language, so that the perception of the soul can be better interpreted. As a result, the ancient artistic expression of traditional gongbi painting should not only be generous, but also atmospheric, more flavorful, more powerful, and powerful.

Artist Profile
Yu Wenjiang, former vice president of the China National Academy of Painting, is currently a member of the Academy and Art Committee of the China National Academy of Painting. First-level artist (professional and technical second-level position). He is a member of the National Art Creation Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, a doctoral supervisor of the School of Drama, Film and Television of Communication University of China, and a doctoral supervisor of the School of Humanities and Arts of Macau University of Science and Technology. He is an expert who enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council and an outstanding expert of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
His works have participated in the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th National Art Exhibitions, including the Excellence Award of the 6th and 8th National Art Exhibitions, and the Bronze Award of the 10th National Art Exhibition; Won the first prize of the first Gongbi Landscape Painting Exhibition; Won the silver medal of the "National Art Exhibition to Commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong's "Speech at the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum"; He won the gold medal of the 3rd National Contemporary Gongbi Painting Exhibition and the bronze medal of the first Chinese Painting Exhibition.
In 2009, she completed the Chinese painting "Bloody Pain: Chinese Women Suffering in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression", which was selected for the "National Major Historical Theme Project Exhibition", and the works were collected by the National Art Museum of China; In 2018, he created "The City of Trier in Marx's Childhood" and participated in the "The Power of Truth - Theme Exhibition to Commemorate the 200th Anniversary of Marx's Birth", and his works were collected by the National Museum of China; In 2020, he completed the Chinese painting "Kazakh Migration - Spring Pasture", which was selected for the "Belt and Road" International Art Engineering Exhibition, and his works were collected by the China National Academy of Painting; In January 2021, he completed the Chinese painting "Sunrise in the East, Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu", and participated in the "Don't Forget the Original Aspiration and Remember the Mission - Art Exhibition to Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, which was collected and displayed for a long time by the History Exhibition Hall of the Communist Party of China.
