Strengthen departmental collaboration and act together to "cohesion"
The relevant functional departments of the street are coordinated as a whole, and the urban transportation center, the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team and social forces form a joint law enforcement team to regularly carry out joint law enforcement actions on garbage classification and city appearance and environmental sanitation for shops along the street and other points within the jurisdiction, forming a good situation of "multi-party joint efforts, joint management, and classified disposal".
For shops or responsible units with problems, according to different degrees, implement rectification by ordering immediate rectification on the spot or issuing a rectification notice, and for those who refuse to cooperate with rectification or repeat offenders, the comprehensive law enforcement team will issue a notice of interview. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 7 joint law enforcement activities have been carried out, 226 units and shops have been inspected, and 46 interview notices have been issued.
Extensive publicity and guidance, fashion leads to "add power"
The relevant work forces of the street go deep into the residential areas to carry out various forms of garbage classification publicity activities, through the publicity of garbage classification related laws and regulations, the popularization of scientific knowledge of fine classification of recyclables and the promotion of the "Shanghai Shang Recycling" applet, etc., to improve the participation of residents in the jurisdiction in garbage classification and the awareness rate of community door-to-door recycling, and create a strong atmosphere of garbage classification in the community.

Focus on key areas and supervise closed-loop "effectiveness"
Focusing on the weak links of garbage classification in residential areas, we will implement inspection and supervision to speed up the completion of shortcomings. The street urban transportation center, the neighborhood committee, and the property management deepened the coordination and linkage, strengthened the daily inspection of the garbage classification work in the community, and took multiple measures to grasp the key and difficult problems of garbage classification through WeChat groups, centralized publicity and door-to-door education of the building group.
In response to the refusal to rectify or repeated illegal acts, each community will transfer the illegal clues to the street comprehensive administrative law enforcement team, combined with video surveillance for evidence verification and processing.
At the same time, the street dispatched professional forces to guide the elimination of illegal acts, and effectively strengthened the supervision and law enforcement of relevant fields and subjects, so as to promote the normalcy and long-term effect of garbage classification with the supervision of closed-loop management mechanism.
In the next step, Gonghe Xinlu Street will adhere to the problem-oriented, precise policy, and do a good job in garbage classification. At the same time, improve various work systems, make more efforts, and continue to promote the work of garbage classification to be deeper, more detailed and practical.
