Zhang Yupei, deputy head of the district, introduced the important measures of "Wuhai Drum Tower" to actively integrate into the construction of "Fuzhou on the Sea". Gulou District has built a high-standard marine economy science and technology innovation highland, and the 52 enterprises settled in it cover smart ocean, marine equipment, marine big data, aquaculture and other fields, and have initially formed a cooperation chain in subdivided fields. Eight high-level platforms have been implemented to provide special services and financial support for sea-related enterprises, teams, and achievements to gather in the drum tower and take root. In addition, Zhang Yupei explained in detail the preferential policies and supporting services for investment promotion in Gulou District, and sincerely invited all entrepreneurs to join the construction of the marine economy science and technology innovation highland.
Zheng Kaisong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Fuzhou Rural Commercial Bank, was specially invited to share the relevant situation of financial services in the sea-related field in recent years. "Based on the characteristics of the local marine economy, Fuzhou Rural Commercial Bank actively builds 'blue finance' characteristic outlets and service brands, focuses on the 'Wufu' product structure of the provincial association, makes full use of the 'big five blessings' + 'small five blessings' model, continues to increase financial support for the seafood breeding industry and fishing boat fishing industry, uses the sea as a medium, prospers to the sea, and contributes to the development of Fuzhou's marine economy."
