In the past few days, the Dali City Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau has organized and carried out a comprehensive renovation of the Xiyao Night Market, further standardizing the operation order of the night market, and putting an end to the disorderly occupation of the night market stalls, random parking of vehicles, oil smoke pollution and other problems that affect the appearance of the city, so that the "fireworks" in the world and urban civilization go side by side.
In order to better standardize the order of the Xiyao Night Market and create a clean, tidy, orderly and safe living environment, the vendors are required to occupy the blind road and fire passage during the night market (20:00-24:00), and unilaterally occupy the road and set up stalls in the permitted business area and occupy the width of no more than 1.5 meters. At the same time, it is required that in the process of operation, merchants (stalls) that produce a large amount of oil fume should install oil fume purification equipment to prevent oil smoke from disturbing the people.
In view of the fact that there are many complaints about street vendors occupying the road at night, the management is difficult, and the repetition is strong, the law enforcement officers take the measures of fixed people, fixed posts, regular times, and staggered hours to go to work, and carry out uninterrupted inspection and rectification of the area. Focus on Wenhua Road, Cangshan East Road and other road sections, publicize relevant laws and regulations to surrounding barbecue stores and vendors, popularize night market management regulations and civilized behavior requirements, and improve citizens' awareness of civilization. At the same time, it regulates the disorderly occupation of street vendors, supervises the installation and use of fume purification equipment and the environmental sanitation around the stalls, and reminds those who use loudspeakers to avoid disturbing the people with high-decibel operating noise.
Up to now, a total of 7 special rectifications have been carried out, more than 230 illegal operations have been regulated, more than 41 "Rectification Notices within a Time Limit" have been issued, and 13 business items have been temporarily seized.
In the next step, the Economic Development Bureau will continue to strengthen the standardized management of the night market business area, explore more refined urban management methods, promote the healthy and orderly development of the night market, and make the night economy a new engine for urban development and illuminate every night of the city.
