Intrauterine adhesions refers to secondary endometrial diseases in which the basal layer of the endometrium is damaged due to a variety of factors, and fibrosis repair is the main occurrence. The incidence remains high in mainland China and is increasing year by year with the increase of uterine cavity surgery. The incidence of intrauterine adhesions caused by multiple abortions and uterine curettage is as high as 25%-30%, which is a common gynecological disease with serious harm to fertility function and poor treatment effect, which can cause clinical symptoms such as female amenorrhea, periodic lower abdominal pain, decreased menstrual flow, secondary infertility and adverse reproductive outcomes, and seriously affect female reproductive and physical and mental health.
In order to meet the needs of patients for special treatment and precise diagnosis and treatment, the Department of Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University has set up a special outpatient clinic for low menstrual flow to carry out characteristic endometrial repair treatment, so as to provide high-quality and accurate diagnosis and treatment services for the majority of patients.

1) Provide professional consultation and diagnosis and treatment for low menstrual flow, amenorrhea, periodic lower abdominal pain, intrauterine adhesions, and thin endometrial infertility.

3) Carry out characteristic endometrial repair treatment - intrauterine perfusion autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) technology, use tissues of its own origin, improve the damaged endometrial state, and prevent the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions.
