"We adopt the optimal blending scheme to increase dynamic management such as oil measurement, semi-finished product quality tracking, and mixing uniformity to ensure that the oil products are qualified before leaving the factory." According to Zhao Qiang, deputy director of the oil blending workshop, after the first launch of the No. 98 gasoline produced by the plant, they have made various preparations and are on standby for the next batch of production tasks, so as to ensure the quality of oil products while meeting the market supply. Faced with this situation, the refining and chemical company contacted the logistics company as soon as possible to organize transportation vehicles to relieve the inventory pressure. The intersection area reduces the load of the device and ensures that the inventory is kept at a reasonable location. At the same time, they grasp the road traffic situation in real time and resume transportation as soon as possible, ensuring the normal operation of production.

Employees in all positions implement the 996 working mechanism (9 hours for the day shift, 9 hours for the small night shift, and 6 hours for the big night shift), which not only avoids the fatigue of the night shift workers, but also effectively reduces the potential safety hazards of the device operation. As an ordinary employee of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant, Wang Xiong pays attention to the operation status of the device every day, starting from checking the indicators of the device to handing over shifts, and then to the process operation ledger record every 2 hours, and does not let go of any changes.
