On June 26th, the teaching group of Chinese medicine major of our university ushered in the first batch of students from Hong Kong undergraduate colleges and universities to come to observe and study, under the leadership of Professor Zhang Chuanhai of Wuyi University, students from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Chinese of Hong Kong were enthusiastic to understand and observe the curriculum theory teaching of Chinese medicine major in our school, the training room of traditional Chinese medicine, and the demonstration and training base of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation in the understory economy. I have a strong interest in the live germplasm resource garden of medicinal plants, traditional Chinese medicine specimens, simulated pharmacy, medicinal canteen, understory cultivation demonstration base, etc., which have been built in our school.
It is reported that the docking of Hong Kong university students and Wuyi University aims to jointly cultivate talents for the "medicinal plant researcher post", and carry out on-the-spot learning of the biodiversity and related majors of the Wuyi Mountains through the on-site internship of "Hong Kong Youth Wuyi Mountain Biodiversity Conservation".
Due to its outstanding advantages in Chinese medicine major, rich training base and many varieties of demonstration cultivation bases, our school has been listed as one of the field learning and exchange venues of the cooperation project between Hong Kong and the mainland in the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents. The development of activities has further promoted the good scientific research and teaching cooperation between our university and undergraduate universities.
